What you agree to when you join.

Pax Orbis is a subscription service that gives you a single view of your net worth. Linked bank connections are delivered through Quiltt, a third-party provider, and its data partners, including Finicity and FinGoal. Pax Orbis presents that data back to you.

Your connections are also subject to the terms and privacy policies of Quiltt and its data partners: Quiltt Terms, Quiltt Privacy Policy, Finicity Terms and Privacy and FinGoal Privacy Policy. Finicity shows its own terms and privacy notice when you connect, and you agree to them there. You are responsible for reviewing them before connecting an account.

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. We use your linked account data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it and we do not use it for marketing.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Pax Orbis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Pax Orbis is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or licensed financial planning firm. Pax Orbis does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

Information provided through the service, including anything generated by AI, is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, insurance product, or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on anything you see in the service.

Nothing in the service creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Pax Orbis. Using the service does not make Pax Orbis your financial advisor.

Pax Orbis uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to process and present financial data. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated output. Verify anything that matters against your own records before relying on it.

Net worth, account balances, and related financial data are aggregated through Quiltt and its data partners for linked banks. Pax Orbis is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by that provider or any linked financial institution, and makes no warranty regarding account balances, holdings, transactions, valuations, prices, cost basis, tax information, exchange rates, or similar data displayed through the service.

Pax Orbis does not execute trades, move funds, manage assets, or exercise discretion over any user's accounts, securities, or funds, under any circumstance. Pax Orbis is a viewing and reporting layer, nothing more.

Pax Orbis does not currently offer insurance products, securities, or any licensed financial product directly. If that ever changes, any such product will be offered through a separately, appropriately licensed entity or professional, and will come with its own disclosures. This section reserves that distinction in advance; it is not a description of anything currently offered.

Pax Orbis is operated by Pax Orbis LLC. Billing is handled by Stripe. Stripe processes your payment, calculates and collects applicable sales tax, and acts as seller of record on checkouts where that handling applies. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's terms.

Founders membership is $99 a year or $12 a month, limited to 10 spots in November. Standard price is expected to be $149/yr; it never applies to a locked Founders membership. If you joined at $89 a year, your price and the Terms you accepted (version 2026-10-08) are unchanged. A founding member's price is locked for as long as the membership continues without a break. Any other membership price is shown at checkout before you pay. A membership includes your file and your agent. Your first membership starts with a 30 day free trial (one trial per person). A card is required, and nothing is charged until the trial ends, 30 days after you start. If you have had a membership before, there is no second trial and you are charged when you start.

Free for 30 days. Then $99/year (or $12/month) for a Founders membership, charged on the exact date shown when you start (30 days after you start, in your time zone, or New York time if we do not know it) unless you cancel before then. Cancel anytime in Settings. To start a trial you tick a box agreeing that your membership renews and your card is charged automatically until you cancel; we record that agreement with its date and the version of these Terms. We email you 7 days before the first charge.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refund and chargeback requests are processed through Stripe. Raise any refund request with us or through Stripe. We may change the price of memberships other than the founding price for a future renewal period with at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before the change takes effect. The founding price does not change while the founding membership continues. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you've already been charged for.

Do not use Pax Orbis to break the law, to access an account that isn't yours, to scrape or resell the service, to reverse engineer it, to interfere with its operation, or to upload anything malicious. Do not get around its security, use bots or other automated means to access it, pretend to be someone else, or use it to harass or harm anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

We own the software, branding, and content that make up Pax Orbis. You own your data. You grant us the permission needed to process and display your data in order to run the service for you.

Features described as coming soon, in beta, or experimental are provided without warranty, may change or be discontinued at any time, and we have no obligation to support them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it displays is complete or correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pax Orbis, its owners, officers, affiliates, and service providers (including Quiltt, Finicity, FinGoal, and Stripe) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Our service providers may rely on this section and the disclaimers above.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change we will make reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Pax Orbis is a view of your finances, not your system of record. Keep your own records of anything that matters. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the loss or corruption of data you enter or that is shown through the service. If something goes missing, tell us at legal@paxorbis.io and we will try to restore it.

The service links to pages run by other companies, including Quiltt Terms, Quiltt Privacy Policy, Finicity Terms and Privacy and FinGoal Privacy Policy. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Once you leave Pax Orbis, these terms no longer govern, so read the terms of any page you visit.

You agree to defend and indemnify Pax Orbis, its owners, and its service providers, including Quiltt, Finicity, and FinGoal, against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone's rights. Nothing here limits a right you have by law that cannot be waived.

You agree to receive notices and records from us electronically, by email or on the site. Your electronic agreement to these terms, including ticking a box, is your signature. You can ask for a paper copy at legal@paxorbis.io.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, contact us first at legal@paxorbis.io and we will try to resolve it informally. A dispute that cannot be resolved informally is brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action, to the fullest extent the law allows.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
