Pax Orbis is a subscription service that gives you a single view of your net worth. Account connections and valuations are delivered through Kubera, a third-party provider. Pax Orbis passes your data through to Kubera and presents the result back to you.

Your Kubera workspace is also governed by Kubera's own terms and privacy policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Pax Orbis. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

Pax Orbis is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or licensed financial planning firm. Pax Orbis does not provide personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

Information provided through the service, including anything generated by AI, is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, insurance product, or financial instrument.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed professional before acting on anything you see in the service.

Nothing in the service creates a fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship between you and Pax Orbis. Using the service does not make Pax Orbis your financial advisor.

Pax Orbis uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to process and present financial data. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated output. Verify anything that matters against your own records before relying on it.

Net worth, account balances, and related financial data are aggregated through Kubera. Pax Orbis is not responsible for the accuracy of data provided by Kubera or any linked financial institution, and makes no warranty regarding account balances, holdings, transactions, valuations, prices, cost basis, tax information, exchange rates, or similar data displayed through the service.

Pax Orbis does not execute trades, move funds, manage assets, or exercise discretion over any user's accounts, securities, or funds, under any circumstance. Pax Orbis is a viewing and reporting layer, nothing more.

Pax Orbis does not currently offer insurance products, securities, or any licensed financial product directly. If that ever changes, any such product will be offered through a separately, appropriately licensed entity or professional, and will come with its own disclosures. This section reserves that distinction in advance; it is not a description of anything currently offered.

Billing is handled by Paddle. Paddle acts as merchant of record for your purchase: Paddle is the seller of record, processes your payment, and handles applicable sales tax. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds are handled under Paddle's standard buyer refund policy. Raise any refund request with us or with Paddle. We may change pricing for future billing periods with notice; changes do not apply retroactively to a period you've already been charged for.

Do not use Pax Orbis to break the law, to access an account that isn't yours, to scrape or resell the service, to reverse engineer it, to interfere with its operation, or to upload anything malicious. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

We own the software, branding, and content that make up Pax Orbis. You own your data. You grant us the permission needed to process and display your data in order to run the service for you.

Features described as coming soon, in beta, or experimental are provided without warranty, may change or be discontinued at any time, and we have no obligation to support them.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it displays is complete or correct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pax Orbis, its owners, officers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make a material change we will make reasonable effort to notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pax Orbis LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Specific governing law, venue, and any arbitration terms will be finalized here before general availability.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
