The trial
30 days, free, nothing charged.
Every new membership starts with a 30 day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, but nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will never be charged.
After the trial
What you are charged.
Founding membership is $89 a year, limited to 100 members. If you are one of those 100, that price is locked for life and renews at $89 every year you stay a member.
Once founding closes, membership is $99 a year for the household, which includes your file and your agent. The full Pax Orbis Balance Sheet is not part of that membership and is not sold as an upgrade.
Whichever price you started on, your card is charged on day 31 and the membership renews automatically at that same price.
Cancellation
Any time, no fee, no call.
Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. Cancellation stops future renewal. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, you are not cut off immediately.
Refunds
The trial is the refund window.
Because you're never charged until day 31, the 30 day trial is designed to be the decision point. Once a charge goes through, that period is not refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred on our side.
Billing problems
Talk to us before your bank.
If a charge looks wrong, email ryan@paxorbis.io before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing issues directly and it's faster than a dispute process.
