After the trial
What you are charged.
Founders membership is $99 a year or $12 a month, limited to 10 spots in November. A member who joined at an earlier founding price keeps that price while the membership continues without a break.
Any other membership price is shown at checkout before you pay. A membership includes your file and your agent.
Whichever price you started on, your card is charged when the trial ends, 30 days after you start (at once, if you have had a membership before) and the membership renews at the interval you chose. A founding membership renews at the founding price. A membership renews at the price in effect at renewal, and we give at least 30 days' notice of any change so you can cancel first.
Cancellation
Any time, no fee, no call.
Cancel from your account settings whenever you want. Cancellation stops future renewal. Your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for, you are not cut off immediately.
Refunds
The trial is the refund window.
Because a first membership is never charged before the trial ends, the 30 day trial is designed to be the decision point. Once a charge goes through, that period is not refundable, except where required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred on our side.
Billing problems
Talk to us before your bank.
If a charge looks wrong, email ryan@paxorbis.io before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve billing issues directly and it's faster than a dispute process.
