This notice explains what Pax Orbis™ collects and shares under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. It supplements, and does not replace, the full Privacy Policy.
Who we are
The legal entity behind Pax Orbis.
Pax Orbis is operated by Pax Orbis LLC.
What we collect
Three sources.
Information you give us when you create an account (name, email).
Financial account information received through Quiltt when you connect banks (balances, holdings, valuations), plus any full Pax Orbis Balance Sheet data received through Kubera.
Usage information generated by your use of the service.
What we share, and why
Only to run the service.
We share information with service providers who need it to operate Pax Orbis: Quiltt for linked bank connectivity, Kubera for the full Pax Orbis Balance Sheet, Stripe for billing, and standard infrastructure providers for hosting and support.
We share information when required by law.
We do not share your information for marketing purposes, we do not share it with unaffiliated companies for their own use, and we do not sell it.
Your ability to limit sharing
There is nothing to opt out of.
Because we don't share your information for marketing or with unaffiliated third parties for their own use, the opt-out mechanisms required for those categories don't apply here. If that ever changes, this notice will change with it, and you'll be able to opt out at that time.
How we protect it
Encrypted, access-controlled.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Access is limited to what's needed to operate the service. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy's Security and Retention section.
