What you can request
Four things, plainly.
A copy of the data we hold about you.
A correction to anything inaccurate.
Deletion of your account and associated data.
Disconnection of any linked financial account at any time, independent of deleting your whole account.
What this covers
Everything we described in the Privacy Policy.
Account information, linked bank data received through Quiltt, any full Pax Orbis Balance Sheet data received through Kubera, and billing and usage records. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of what's collected.
How to submit a request
Email us directly.
Send your request to ryan@paxorbis.io from the email address on your account, and tell us which of the four things above you're asking for. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, to make sure it's actually you.
Timeline
We aim to respond within 30 days.
Some requests, particularly full deletion of linked financial history, require coordinated action between Pax Orbis and the applicable provider. We handle that coordination, you only need to ask once.
